Just bought metal cleats for use in the OF per rule change last year:
METAL CLEATS may be worn on defense and in the outfield only. Any player found using metal cleats on offense will be called out; if on defense in the infield, removed from the game for the remainder of the ½ inning.
Before I wear them - want to make sure the rule is not up for repeal this year and I also wanted to verify that this rule applies at all SBA fields.
