Game 1: Helios Data Services (5) vs. Misfits (4)

Emotions ran high on this night in which Helios hung the banner of Gary Black on the outfield fence. In the bottom of the second a leadoff double by Beau Burris nets the Misfits two runs. In the bottom of the third a Jeff Boyda double is a big reason why the Misfits plate three runs. In the top of the fourth Helios finally get the offense going putting up four runs thanks to a Neal Britton double. In the bottom of the sixth the Misfits get four much needed insurance runs behind a Kevin Pritchard homerun. The Misfits double up Helios Data Services, 10-5.

In the bottom of the second ASB strikes first with four runs thanks to doubles by Tom Strowhouer and Mike Hagan. LC can only get its offense going in the top of the third when they plate two runs on four singles. ASB nabs two insurance runs in the bottom of the fifth on three singles. Andy's Snack Bar tops Levittown Crush in a defensive gem, 7-3.

In the top of the first the Misfits manage three runs on four singles. In the bottom of the first BH gets two runs thanks to a Kent Smedley homerun. In the top of the third the Misfits score two runs courtesy of triples by Jeff Boyda and Joe Burke. In the bottom of the fifth a huge triple by Shawn Crawford helps BH get four more runs. In the bottom of the sixth BH pushes two runs across on only three singles. In the top of the seventh the Misfits rally to get two runs. Big Heads tops the Misfits, 11-8.

In the top of the first ASB takes an early lead with five runs on only four singles. In the bottom of the second RLD gets one run thanks to a leadoff triple by Rob Welhaf. In the top of the third a leadoff double by Keith Keppley helps ASB plate four more runs. In the top of the sixth ASB uses a bunch of singles to push three more across the plate. In the bottom of the sixth five singles gets RLD three more runs. Andy's Snack Bar takes care of Red Lion Diner, 15-5.
