After the completion of the current Thursday summer league, which may be as soon as July 31st, the women's
league will begin. This could mean Opening Day could be as early as August 7th. That being the case, the formal draft for team formation will be held on or
about July 27th. 4 teams will compete. 2 games per evening (no double-headers as originally planned). Game times of 7:00, 8:15, and 9:30 pm. All games are to
be played in the Borough of Perkasie. Please click here to see a map of the ball field
location. Please be sure you are aware of the ball field locale and are willing to make the trip if you are a distance away.
At this point, getting confirmations from the draft candidates along with that of Brook Martin and her team is critical. We need Brooke's team and at
least 21 draft candidates to make this happen. Meantime, it might be a good idea for all involved to continue to recruit. If this league formation is
anything like the 1-pitch tourney formation, we will get our share of draft candidate defections.
