Hey folks.....it's been brought to my attention that some league members would like me to say which team is home or away at the satellite fields when I record the schedule. I have done that starting this Sunday. If you do not hear which team is home, then it's a coin toss.

Hope this helps the teams and eases the burden on Andy at the snack bar.

Friday Evening Coed / Fall 2009

The Friday Coed fall schedule is now posted. The fall season will start on the 25th of September whether the summer season has ended or not. Should next Friday's playoffs be postponed, they will be rescheduled the very next day, Saturday, September 19th, 1st game 10:00 am. The summer finals will then be rescheduled for a yet-to-be-determined Saturday in October. Once again, Opening Day for the Friday Coed fall season is September 25, 2009.

The Sunday Men's fall schedule is now posted. The fall season will start on the 20th of September whether the spring/summer season has ended or not. Should any of tomorrow's spring/summer championship finals be postponed, they will be rescheduled for a yet-to-be-determined Saturday in October. Once again, Opening Day for the fall season is September 20, 2009.

Fall schedules for Tuesday Men's, Wednesday Coed, and Friday Coed will all contain a mandatory Saturday of games. Additionally, the Friday Coed league will see 3 weeks of games at Hatfield - much like they saw for the summer schedule. Postponed games in all leagues are likely to go right to an available Saturday. Excessive rainouts in the fall could produce a shortened regular season by a game or 2.

The Sunday Coed fall schedule is now posted. While I am not scheduling a mandatory Saturday of games, and I have only reduced the number of teams by those deciding on their own to not return, regular season rainouts may be rescheduled for a Sunday at the end of the season OR the 1st available Saturday. The acquisition of Hatfield for Saturdays in the fall and the reduced number of teams has made full week Saturday make-ups possible.

The Monday Evening Coed Summer Championship Finals are slated for this coming Monday. The Monday Evening Coed fall schedule is due out Tuesday morning. While I am not scheduling a mandatory Saturday of games, nor am I going to reduce the number of teams in the Monday league, regular season rainouts will be rescheduled for the 1st available Saturday.
