This list is to be used in conjunction with the coed league All-Star/Eddie Rule. The All-Star Restricted list is always available to managers. For Our Boys/Girls Overseas

A drive for unwanted or no longer needed softball equipment is being put together on behalf of a league member overseas. Andy will be donating any and all unclaimed gloves from the lost and found. I will donate a case of softballs. If you have anything in the way of softball equipment that you have no further use of, please drop it off at the Quarry snack bar. These items will be collected and then shipped to our boys/girls overseas.

As large as our league has become, it's a considerable task compiling the resulting data. A certain amount of teamwork is needed to bring it all together, beginning with the scorekeepers in the trenches. A few pointers:
1. Keep scoresheets dry and wrinkle free. Avoid folding. It makes for trouble free scaning.
2. Write neatly. People are funny about having their names spelled correctly.
3. Put some thought into choosing what you're going to write with. Black ink is...

League Member Needs Help / Citizen's Bank Park Tragedy

From league member Dan Curran (Young Gunz, Sunday Men's)...

As you may have seen on the news, Dave Sale, one of the players from the Young Gunz team, lost his life at Citizens Bank Park on Saturday July 25th. Dave was involved in a fight where multiple guys attcked him at once. Dave tried to defend himself but was unable to stop them. He was rushed to University of Pennsylvania but efforts to save him failed. The news reported that the bachelor party was out of control,...
