Having recently returned to softball after a long layoff I am way behind the times with bats. Most of the bats on the legal list are new to me. The team I play for wants to add to our limited bat supply this off season. Our existing bat supply is made up of basically 2 bat models - Easton ST10s and a DeMarini Ultimate Weapon. My only beef is the one time it was like a 6-7 minute delay while the guy ran to the parking lot, ran back, took off cleats and put on his sneakers.

This last time at least the guy had his sneakers on the bench so it was only like 3 or 4 minutes but still we all know how tight time is and that time could cost a team at the end of a game....
